Needed… Office Manager

Office manager needed for a well established company is Jackson, Michigan.

This position is full time, temp to hire, and will come with a pay increase upon hire-in!

Benefits include insurance and paid time off!

Duties to include:

AP/AR, Vendor communication, Telephone, HR Functions, collections, and other duties as assigned.

Skills:

Bookkeeping, Proficient at QuickBooks pro, Microsoft office suite, and quick learning on other industry software programs. Organizational skills and accuracy a must.

Experience:

At least two years experience as office manager/bookkeeper with the same company
