We have great temp to hire roles with Fabri-Kal. Pay starts at $11.50/hr for days and $11.90/hr for nights. The shifts are rotating, resulting in having a 3 day weekend every other weekend. Day shift runs 5.30am-5.30pm and night shifts run 5.30pm-5.30am. This is a great scheduled because one week you work 3 days (36 hours) and then have 4 days off. The next week you work 4 days (48 hours) and have 3 days off. The temp-hire time frame is 4-7 months depending on attendance and performance. Job Description:
Inspector Packer working with plastics in Kalamazoo will be working 12 hour shifts making $11.50-$11.90/hr. Works independently (though informed by Line Operator as well as other IP’s) and assures the product that he/she is packing is free of defects and meets all standards that have been established by the Quality Department.
