Systex Products Corporation (SPC) manufactures plastic injection molded components for air conditioning and engine cooling systems. SPC has two plants in Battle Creek, Michigan and one plant in Osceola, Arkansas. SPC is a subsidiary of Shimizu Industry Co., Ltd. and part of the DENSO Corporation family of companies. Both Shimizu Industry and DENSO Corporation are headquartered in Kariya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, with a global presence in 35 countries and regions.


1st shift (7a-3:30p) – $9.50

2nd shift (3p-11:30p) – $9.90

3rd shift (11p-7:30a) – $9.80

” Operate molding machines in a safe and efficient manner

” Assembly of products

” Inspect and Insure product quality according to work instruction guidelines

” Package product according to process

” Maintain manufacturing area in a neat and orderly fashion during and after shift

” Perform miscellaneous tasks as required

” Participate in continuous improvement and problem solving programs

” Complete required quality charts during and after shifts

” Complete daily production report accurately

” Display a positive attitude

” Able to communicate effectively and positively any problems which may arise during shift

” Other duties as instructed


” High School Diploma

” SPC understanding

” Strong team skills

” Plastic experience

” Basic Math

” Basic writing

” Team Player


” Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day

” Must be able to use both hands

” Must be able to grasp/grip parts, knives, nippers, and foam 2-3 times per minute, 8 hours per day

” Must be able to reach, twist, pull, and push 2-3 times per minute, 8 hours per day

” Must be able to bend and lift 10-20 times per hour

” Must be able to climb a 4-6 foot step ladder 4-6 times per day (does not apply to assembly area)

” Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., 8-10 times per hour
