OnStaff USA is hiring for Temp to Hire Customer Service positions in the Portage area with a Fortune 500 company.

In this position you will:

– Manage all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services.

– Answer all incoming customer calls and serves as a back-up for placing service parts orders.

– Initiate and tracks documentation to authorize and direct work according to customer contractual obligations.

– Assist sales account managers/customers by determining order status and working to resolve product-related problems and questions.

– Contact customers to verify order and shipping information as a means to ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
