Tax season!
Attention OnStaff current and former employees. Here is your basic information for the 2016 tax season. Please read the below information and contact us if you have any question. If you need web portal access please contact OnStaff USA today to be set up.
W-2’s:
- Will be mailed ON or BEFORE 1/31/16
- Will be available on the web portal as soon as they are processed
- Reprints of W-2’s will be available Thursdays and Fridays only beginning on 2/15/16 and these are the 3 options for reprints.
- 1). Employees can retrieve on the web portal
- 2). They can be picked up in the PORTAGE office
- 3). If employee has moved, they must provide a notarized change of address and a self-addressed stamped envelope (sent to PORTAGE office) before we can re-issue
1095-C (new ACA form):
- Will be mailed ON or BEFORE 3/31/16
- Will be available on the web portal as soon as they are processed
- Same options as the W2 apply for re-prints, except they will be available beginning 4/15
