Tax Document Information for OnStaff Group

Tax season is upon us!

Attention all OnStaff current and former employees: Here is your basic information for the 2018 tax season. Please read the below information and contact us if you have any questions. If you need web portal access, please contact OnStaff USA today to be set up.

W-2’s:

Mailed ON or BEFORE 1/31/18. Please be advised: Due to extreme winter weather conditions throughout the state of Michigan on January 30-31, 2019, the U.S. Postal Service temporarily suspended mail delivery services to ensure the well-being of employees. This may potentially cause a minor delay in the delivery of W-2’s.

Will be available on the web portal as soon as they are processed:

Beginning 2/15/18, reprints of W-2’s will be available on Thursdays and Fridays ONLY. Here are the 3 options for reprints:

1).  Employees can retrieve on the web portal

2).  They can be picked up in the PORTAGE office

3).  If the employee has moved, they must provide a notarized change of address and a self-addressed stamped envelope (sent to PORTAGE office) before we can re-issue

Information about 1095-C and 1094-C Forms can be found here.

Will be mailed ON or BEFORE 3/31/19

Will be available on the web portal as soon as they are processed

Same options as the W2 apply for re-prints, except they will be available beginning 4/15/19
