Manufacturing Technician

Location: 134 W Allegan St, Otsego, MI 49078

Hire type: Full-Time

Shift: Multiple Shifts

Pay Range: $15 – $17 /hr

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role in assembling, testing, and repairing circuit boards, as well as operating machinery. Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and quality are essential. You will ensure that our PCBAs meet the high standards required by our clients in regulated industries.

This position involves a mix of physical tasks, such as standing, walking, lifting, and sitting for extended periods, as well as data entry and organizational responsibilities. Your ability to meet production goals and maintain the highest quality standards will be integral to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assemble and Test PCBAs: Follow precise instructions to assemble and test circuit boards, ensuring all parts function properly and meet required standards.

· Machine Operation: Operate various machines, ensuring their proper setup and performance.

· Quality Control: Inspect each assembly to ensure it meets accuracy and quality standards.

· Data Entry & Documentation: Record and maintain accurate data related to production, testing, and quality checks.

· Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes.

· Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Adhere to safety standards, including using personal protective equipment and following health regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Experience: Previous manufacturing experience, particularly in electronics or PCB assembly, is preferred but not required.

· Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, bend, twist, and turn as required.

· Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of the products being manufactured.

· Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

· Dependability: Must be able to work full shifts, arrive on time, and work overtime if necessary.

·  Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the U.S
