We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Stock Room Order Picker. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and preparing stock orders for distribution, performing data entry, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment, demonstrate dependability in attendance and training, and maintain a strong attention to detail.
Shift :
1st 7:00am – 3:00pm
2nd 3:00pm – 11:00pm
3rd 11:00pm- 7:00am
Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking:
Accurately pick orders from stock based on customer requests or inventory needs.
Ensure all items are correctly selected and packed for shipment to maintain inventory integrity.
Data Entry:
Perform data entry tasks related to order tracking and inventory management.
Update inventory records and maintain accurate data to support stock control processes.
Attention to Detail:
Verify the accuracy of picked orders against packing lists and shipping documents.
Follow written instructions diligently to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Physical Duties:
Lift and move stock items weighing up to 30 lbs as needed during order fulfillment.
Stand or walk for extended periods throughout the day, maintaining stamina while performing physical tasks.
Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily order fulfillment goals.
Maintain clear communication with colleagues and supervisors regarding order status and any challenges encountered.
Dependability:
Demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with scheduled shifts.
Show a commitment to training and skill development to enhance job performance.
Qualifications:
Must posses a GED/High School Diploma or better
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow written directions accurately.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or walk for most of the day.
Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude in a collaborative environment.
Dependable with attendance and a willingness to engage in ongoing training.
Must pass a math test with a score in the 90th percentile to ensure accuracy in order processing and data entry tasks.
Work Environment:
This position is based in a stock room or warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures and potential noise levels. Safety protocols will be emphasized to ensure a healthy workspace.
Warehouse Duties:
Stock clerks in busy electronic manufacturing company. We have multiple openings for Full Time on 1st and 3rd Shift. Must be responsible and good at organization, working with numbers, & data entry. Stock duties include but are not limited to: receiving and locating parts, picking orders, cycle counting, and computer usage. Accuracy in part ID and counting a must.
