Retention Bonus on the job is one of the most respected traits that an OnStaff USA employee can bring to his or her work experience. When our employees are unfailingly reliable in their attendance, we recognize this dedication by awarding a $50.00 Monthly Retention Bonus. If you work for OnStaff USA during a full calendar month, achieving 40 hours each week of the month with no absences, you will earn $50.00. Employees must presently be on an assignment through OnStaff USA. Request forms are due the 1st day of the month as follows: January 1st, February 1st, March 1st, April 1st, May 1st, June 1st, July 1st, August 1st, September 1st, October 1st, November 1st, and December 1st. The following examples will disqualify an employee from achieving OnStaff USA’s Retention Bonus:
- Sick Days
- Leaves of Absence
- Personal Time Off
- Work Shortage
- Being Sent Home Early
- Starting an assignment after the month begins
- Working less than 40 hours any week during the month with the exception of OnStaff USA’s paid holidays
- Late requests received after the 1st day following the month.
Requests may not be submitted more than one week prior to the end of the month.
