From Intern to Director: Chris Allkins’ Journey at The OnStaff Group
We’re thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Chris Allkins to Director of Business Development!
Chris’s journey at OnStaff USA, a division of Active Staffing Services, began over 15 years ago as an intern. He quickly impressed, learning the recruiting ropes from the ground up and becoming a top performer within months. Chris transitioned to a full-time role, taking on increasing responsibility in client relations, account management, and marketing.
His dedication and talent led him to become our Recruiting Manager, overseeing all recruiters and ensuring client satisfaction.
In his new role as Director of Business Development, Chris will work directly with our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive growth, ensure exceptional customer care, and oversee order fulfillment while maintaining our high TQS (Total Quality Service) standards.
