Kalamazoo Growlers and Battle Creek Bombers season is coming to an end. We had a great time this year as their Founding Partner. Not only did we get in Food and Baseball with our Friends and Clients but we also did a bunch of recruiting fairs at the ball field and came up with lots of great candidates. Can’t wait until next year!
Back to school is right around the corner – that means several things – College students will be returning to school (please work with your recruiter on transitions and replacements). Another great thing it means is a new pool of candidates – stay at home moms and dads that now have all their kiddos in school and want to work! This is an exciting time for all of us – be prepared for your recruiters to be working with you on this new set of candidates.
